The Coalition for a Strong Democratic Union is dedicated to protecting and improving working conditions of ALL teachers and ALL paraprofessional and school related personnel (PSRPs). The CSDU recognizes that the success of the Chicago Public Schools depends upon the teachers and PSRPs working in an atmosphere free from intimidation and discrimination, assured of job security, and deriving satisfaction from earnings and Members of the CSDU will fight all attempts to destroy professional dignity and well-deserved job security. |
